Guangzhou KAM.YIK Public Relations Agency consists of “one office and five departments”, namely, Manager’s Office, Ministry of Customers, Marketing Department, Design Department, Administration Department and Finance Department. The Manager’s Office is mainly responsible for departmental coordination so that the five departments can fulfill their due responsibilities to the best of their ability.

 

Manager’s Office: One general manager and four deputy general managers are responsible for ensuring that various programs are conducted in great efficiency by practicing a high degree of coordination and delegating tasks and responsibilities in a reasonable way.

 

 

Ministry of Customers: Consisting of five customer groups and one logistic support group, the Ministry of Customers is responsible for maintaining good communications with customers and undertaking the tasks of project-related liaison, contacts, planning, quotation and execution. 


 

Marketing Department: Consisting of a investment solicitation group and a planning communication group, the Marketing Department is responsible for soliciting investment for projects. Specific tasks of the Marketing Department are as follows: providing support in both capital and kind, innovating projects, improving projects and brands, understanding market needs and exploring new business platforms.


 

Design Department: The Design Department is responsible for overall VI design, logo design, outdoor media advertising design and 3D effects design, with the overarching objective of rapidly enhancing project influence by converting customer demands into visual images.


Administration Department: Responsible for day-to-day work, file management, information announcement and material configuration etc.; record and assessment of various working conferences; behind-the-scene coordination for events and activities. 

 

 

Finance Department: Responsible for the financial management of the center.
